Question Difference between these three monitors???

Hi, I'm looking to buy a 27" 1080p 144hz monitor for my PC. I've decided to go with MSI, but they have 2 different models. I've tried looking at them on their site and I'm getting confused with which to go with.

Edit: One of the three had lower brightness so I threw it out
