Difference between these two cards?

I am currently looking to buy a graphics card and noticed these two GFX cards that were practically identical, is there a big difference between them? They are below.

MSI N650-1GD5/OC GeForce GTX 650 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

and

MSI N650-MD1GD5/OC GeForce GTX 650 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Get the cheap one or the one with more Warranty. Or the one with better looks.
