Difference between these two Keyboards?

I want to purchase a corsair RGB keyboard and ever since the coupon code all keyboards have been out of stock. Is there a difference between these two k70s? They seem to branded differently and one is in stock and the other one is available for pre-order.

I think there is no difference between the two you selected. One appears to be an older version before they switched to the Vengeance name. The Vengeance line now has a number of different keyboards with different colors and key switches and designated for certain markets.
