Difference between these two

What is the difference between a 80+Gold RMi 850W and 80+Platinum HXi 850w?
During the weekdays my computer is on from 6:00 to 10:30 and during the weekends it will be on from 4:30 to 11. Which power supply would suit me best, the Gold or Platinum. I will be playing games a majority of the time but I will also use my computer for schoolwork and sometimes rendering videos overnight.

Efficiency is the key point. also weight doubles in Hxi850w. Fan size and the number of connectors too differs to each other. RM850w has sleeved and flat cables while the other has low profile black cables.
