Difference between these two?

Hello Everyone,

Can someone please explain to me the difference between these two? Because I am in need of a new heatsink and fan and I was wondering why is the value so high between these two.

The price I see on newegg is in u.s. dollars but maybe because I'm in the u.s. It's also highly overpriced and not being sold by newegg but by a 3rd party market place vendor. The amazon price looks more normal. They're the same cooler.

The Price... IMO tHe one amazon is a good buy you wont be sorry buying a 212 they are a good heat sink fan combo I own 2.

Yeah you gotta watch neweggs 3rd party sellers some are very outrageous on prices and service on some are not up to par....

That cooler is generally <$30 so the Newegg one is overpriced. Those are the two models of that cooler and I believe the fan on the cheaper model runs at 1600rpm and the r2 model runs at 2000rpm. The cheaper one would be the way to go.

Mankar made a good point, one is 1600rpm (r1), the r2 is 2000rpm. The newegg listing is still an overpriced 3rd party seller.
