Difference between two GTX 650's

Hi - I asked this in the Components forum, but it's better here.

Basically I want to upgrade to a GTX 650 Ti. I was measuring the space in my PC and I have a problem since the SATA cables are in the way of where the new GPU would go.

However I found the exact same card, just half the length. I'm confused what the difference is in terms of specs? If there isn't any difference, I'm better off getting the smaller one, due to space restrictions in my case?

There is no difference between them, maybe one beats another one with 2 or 3 fps in one game, and in another one loses with the same numbers, so no real difference between them
