Difference between two similar looking motherboards?

Hello, could somebody please explain to me the difference between two motherboards? I want to build my own pc, but am not that experienced to tell the difference:

Also, one comes with 8gb of ram and the other is currently 15% off making it actually cheaper than the first. Please let me know what the difference is and what the better deal is or if there is a better motherboard for the money. Thanks!
