Difference between Ultrasharp vs non-Ultrasharp

ultrasharp means picture have 16m color with pixel of 1920x1080p and have good backlight contrast that enhances the color of pixel +
and ultrasharp monitor have great screen refresh rate of 120 hz and non ultra sharp have 60 hz or max 75 hz that s it
Ultrasharp means it has a LOT of pixels, and as far as I believe they also have very good colour.

Whereas, the monitors you have chosen to display are the same resolution, the Ultrasharp will have the best-tuned colour.
