Difference between Win 8.1 pro and Win 8.1 Pro Pack

Hi,

I am building a new computer and the OS I've chosen is windows 8.1.
I know that windows 8.1 pro can support 16 GB of RAM but is the RAM support the same for both types of windows 8.1?

Pro pack is just some extra features that never made it to the Normal or Pro version of Window 8.1. It not really worth it since it mainly to get Window media center to play legally DVD and Blu Rays on your pc. There are alternative to Window media center to play that though.
There also Remote Desktop, Bitlocker Drive Encryption, and ability to create workgroups.
You are required to have a Window 8.1 OS installed before able to use the Pro Pack.
