What is the difference between these two graphic cards and which one should I prefer

The Gigabyte is clocked a little bit faster in it's game mode and comes with a low profile bracket. The Zotac is a little bit wider and longer.

Unless you need to worry about the physical dimensions, go with the cheaper of the two. The clock difference is not going to be something you'll likely ever notice.
