Difference between Zotac GT 730 and Gainward GT 730

Please explain the Difference between manufacturers of GT 730 and which one should I buy. Zotac seems to be the expensive one and I can afford it too. I just need to know if I'm not wasting the extra few bucks for not much difference.

It isn't the manufacturer, its the version. The Kepler-based version is more powerful than the Fermi one. And I've never heard of Gainward, so I would be inclined to buy the Zotac. I've seen too many knockoff Chinese-made cards sold at higher specs.

Every GT 730 is based on Kepler architecture right ? if not gainward then how about galaxy or msi ?
