what is difference b/w PowerColor AMD/ATI Radeon HD6770 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
and HIS AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6770 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

Ones made by PowerColor, and the other is made by HIS.
Thats probably all the difference there is between them, if you gave a link to the product page we might be able to guess as to which one has the better cooling.

The branding name, mostly. They both are the same card, and use the same clock speed. The HIS will likely perform at slightly better temps. But price should be your deciding factor here, since they will both perform the same.

His is better manufacturer with better aftermarket coolers, and PowerColor tend to be cheaper options to budget people.
