Difference in HDD?

Can somebody tell me the difference between these two drives as they are priced the same at the moment

I notice that that the 1tb is 32mb while the 500gb is 64

So which do you think I should opt for?

The 500gb reads as 16mb for me. But either way the 1tb is the better of the two. Being that the 1tb is on sale for $5 more than the 500gb one there is no reason to not get the 1tb.
