Difference in performance between PC's

I've recently seen a PC build that is not only cheaper than my original but also has decent performance in games such as GTA V and Witcher. There is a noticeable difference in price between PC's and made me question which I should buy. I would like to know which I should buy by performance for gaming and also productivty. If you can also say the difference between the two that would be great. If there is anything you can change for the 2nd build staying under $600 go ahead. They will both work. I like the quality of the parts in the first build, but that's just my opinion. NewEgg has this R9 380 for $139.99 after rebate:

Will there be a big difference in performance and if so how much.

For the most part, the video cards determines the performance in games. Since your using the same GPU in both builds, the performance will be virtually equal.

I happen to like the parts in the first build a little better (in regards to performance and reliability) based on my experiences with the brands and reviews from others. Like I said, just my opinion. The card is a 2 GB rather than a 4 GB, but the difference in performance (at 1080P) would be minimal compared to the difference in price.
