Hey, anyone can tell me, if there is significant difference between CL15 3000Mhz Ram and 3200+ cl16 with Ryzens? Is it worth to buy 3000 CL15 (they are at good price right now) or should i aim for higher clocks Ram memory?

Solution
Setup is for the future, will be based on Ryzen 3700X or something like this
3000 is right at the point of diminishing return...3200 is squarely there.

A clever person might be able to take the 3000 to 3200...or even 3400, as they might 3200. But going above 3400 you're dialing in so much lag for the increased timings the bandwidth improvement is being negated. Most people say above 3400 is pointless unless your goal is posting high OC levels.

Nobody knows what Ryzen 3000 is like, so nobody knows if it will do any better than that which Ryzen 1000 and Ryzen 2000 does with faster memory.

I had a look, and the diff between a 3000 MHz kit and a 3200 MHz kit is about $25.

If you find yourself pondering on whether to spend $25 then I suggest you shut your PC down right now and go out and get a job.

This forum is to gain some knowledge and I want to find out something. If You have nothing interesting to say, just don't. I know the prices. The set i'm looking at is at very good price right now, a lot below average price of 3000mhz rams.

What does interest me, is performance with different RAM clocks on Ryzen CPUs, not somebodys personal opinions about my job or my wallet.

Going up in ram speeds provides a great improvement on AMD Ryzen cpus. You will see a big performance jump going up in speed 2133-2400-2666 untill you get to 3000mhz. Going to 3200 from 3000 will deliver better performance, but not nearly as much as going from 2666 to 3000. I agree after 3200mhz there is little improvement of amd or intel based systems, partually due to the increased cas latency. I also agree only AMD currently knows how 3rd gen ryzen scales with increasing ram frequency, and how good the internal memory controller will be at those higher speeds. I would suspect simmilar scaling behavior as ryzen 2000 since the memory controller in 3000 is still based on 14nm.
Conclusion: If 3000mhz ram is much cheaper than 3200mhz, 3000 offers close enough performance to 3200 that i would buy the 3000. You are better off getting 3000mhz ram if its priced well and spending the saved money on a steam game or a new mouse or something.
