Difference in these models of CPUs and will they be compatible with my motherboard?

Can somebody please tell me if these processors are compatible with my intel DG41WV motherboard?
I know that they are socket 775 but I am unsure on the SLAWE and MALAY.
First one:
Core 2 quad Q9300 SLAWE 2.50GHz/6M/1333/05A MALAY
Second one:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 SLB5M 2.33GHz/4M/1333 Socket LGA775 CPU
I am not willing to swap my motherboard, thanks

Thanks for the answer, do you know if every version of the core 2 quad Q9300 fits my mobo? It's just I'm buying one second hand and it doesn't state the spec number

I would not take the chances get the details on CPU it supports only Q9300
