Question Difference(s) between "Intel i7-12650H CPU" vs "Intel i9-13900H CPU"

According with your experience, for a Laptop Asus, and mostly in general.

Is there a huge difference between "Intel i7-12650H CPU" vs "Intel i9-13900H CPU"?
Which one would be better and why?

I need your valuable experience to take a decision to buy a new laptop.

Intel's specs for the CPUs: i7-12650H and i9-13900H

Unfortunately it's not as clean cut as the specifications would indicate. Overall performance will depend upon the cooling solution and individual laptop configuration.

In this instance the i9 does have more efficiency cores which will benefit multithreaded workloads. The laptop may also have higher bandwidth DRAM, but again this will depend on the specific model.
