Deluxe is also the very top of the line for Asus standard motherboards, so will have top audio, more connectors for fans etc, best software package, highest grade and tightest spec components, best quality build etc etc etc. The Plus is several steps below.

H boards are also designed for slightly beyond maximum power cpus, so they aren't built for the 12+2 or 16+2 power phases that the top of the line Z boards can use, so the bios is locked from ability to overclock. An H board will in no way benefit from a K series cpu other than what that cpu can bring at stock settings, whereas a Z board can overclock a K series cpu and gain benefit that way.
