Hi, in looking for a new CPU to buy, I am seeing CPU reference model names that start with BX* or CM*

I understand the BX* means its a boxed product. But I do not understand what the CM* is (even if they Original OEM/Tray, I do not knwo what it means.

Are they both identical ?
Is the difference only in the way it is sold/shipped ?

Solution
I found an answer in another thread.

Boxed CPU comes with a heatsink/fan and usually a 3 years garantee
OEM/Tray CPU does not come with a heatsink/fan and has usually a 1 year garantee + price lower then the Boxed ones.

update:
are all heatsink/fan the same ? meaning can I get an OEM/Tray and use the heatsink/fan I already have ? Money is kind of an issue here ....
