Differences between corsair cx600 & gs600?

Hello, I would like to ask what are the differences between the cx600 and gs600 power supplies. What are the pros and cons of the two? I will be using the psu with my system below
My system:
i5-4460
Zotac GTX 970
MSI H97 Guard pro
Crucial MX100 250GB
WD 1TB
Corsair Spec-03 w/ 2 fans

Or should I go for a lower wattage psu?
