What does the Toshiba X300 6TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive have/do that the Toshiba 6TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive doesn't?

Don't pay much attention to large capacity drives as their failure rate is substantially higher than 2 TB drives. However

N300 - Built for Network Attached Storage (3 year warranty)
X300 - High performance designed for the Pro (2 year warranty)
