Hi.

We have two desktop pc's. I made different benchmarks and the tests results brings the i7-3770k system faster.

System1:
-asus P8Z77V-LK
-i7-3770k
-16GB corsair vengeance (1600mhz, dual channel, the cpu not supports quad-channel)
-geforce gtx-780
-samsung 840PRO ssd
-FSP raider 650

System2:
-asrock X79 Extreme 4
-E5-1620 v2
-16GB corsair vengeance 1866mhz (quad-channel memory)
-Geforce gtx-780
-FSP raider 650
-Samsung 840 Pro SSD

So I thought the Xeon based system is faster than the i7 system, but every test results gave the opposite result. Why?!
The bios setting are the same in both systems, memory XMP profile is acitve, hyperthread enabled, cpu core clock set to maximum, there was no backgrond applications while tests running.

i7-3770K score at PCmark8: 3611
E5-1620v2 score at PCmark8: 3345

NovaBench scores:
Asus with i7-3770k: 1097
Asrock with 1620v2: 1073

The Asrock system should be faster, memory, chipset faster than Asus LGA1155 system....
