different between r7 260x and r7 260x oc edition

OC is factory overclocked. You can overclock the factory card with mixed results. I have the OC version of the 270x, and it has an extra fan.

I would feel that the factory oc cards have better binned parts in order to be overclocked and guaranteed stable at the clock speeds advertised

The oc edition is factory overclocked so it will be a little faster but will also run hotter and use more power. Other than that I would need the specific makes and models.
