Question Different CL on my RAM, need a advice.

Hello guys, i just bought a new pc, but the thing it's i only have 8 GB as you can see down, the question is, I can take another RAM which it's from the same company, same MHz, same GB, but different CL, i really can't find the same RAM here on shops, just with CL 16, They will work on dual channel ?
