Question different color outlines on csgo/overwatch crosshairs pls help

hi, so the last 2 months ive had some wierd color outline on my crosshairs when playing csgo/overwatch on lower resolutions.

its like they form a crosshair on their own. ive used different monitors and its the same on all 3 of them, and ive re-installed gpu drivers ( 6800xt ) but no luck. id appreciate any replies, thanks.

What monitor do u have?
Does ur monitor match the resolution ur displaying?
Have you overclocked ur monitor?

I was using lenovo Legion Y27q-20 27" but now im using aoc g2460pf and still have same problem, and i have not overclocked the monitors as of my knowledge.
