Different Computer Builds

Hey everyone. Someone in a previous thread suggested that I use this build:

Storage: Crucial M500 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($70.39 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($52.92 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 280 3GB Dual-X Video Card ($224.99 @ Newegg)
Case: NZXT H230 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($34.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Rosewill Hive 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $794.26

What are your thoughts on this build? What would you change if anything? I really only watch youtube videos and play video games, nothing hardcore. PS I'm looking for a case that has a side window with led lights, preferably green. What's a good case that has this? Also I plan on adding Windows 8.1 and I need an optical drive, but i'm not really sure what to look for spec-wise in one. And do I need to add anything so i can connect it to my router?

for optical drive if not using bluray anyone should do well. this is a good one

also for storage get the crucial mx100 128gb it is like 5-7$ more than m500 and a year of improvements under its belt

Build looks awesome, and ya, a cheap optical drive should be all you need.

I'm not trying to be cheap i'm just curious what the differences are in different optics drives

And the mx100 doesnt say anything about power lose protection, granted I don't even really know the extend to how important that is
