Different core temperatures

Hello!

I have a problem.
The processor: i3-2100 Motherboard: ASRock H61 U3S3.
The two core CPU temperature is always 8-11 degrees difference.
Idle: 28/38 degrees. Load: 47/58 degrees.
Why is this?
There are two cooling: Intel original, and an Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2.
Everything is in place, pasting, fitting is all right.
Both are doing the same thing. Measuring the same three programs.
Is there a solution?

The CPU temperature sensor or bad?
Please respond to that trouble or not!

Thank you!

It's been my experience that the temps should be closer with one core usually being 1C-2C hotter at idle no matter which cooling solution you're using. It seems like the cooler is mounted unevenly and not making contact with the processor cover evenly. You've reseated the cooler? The paste has been applied appropriately? What are you using for paste?

HWmonitor is a good app for monitoring temps. Coretemp another. I'm not sure what you're using.

Thank you for your answer!
I see.
Two cooling. Normally, I did it. There is no gap. I took the CPU, after put it.
Paste: Noctua NTH1. The factory cooler was not used, only today!
I do not understand. Or a bad sensor.
Programs: Aida 64 / Core Temp

I'm not worried, just annoying. I started a long time ago. DX386! :) I never had these problems. I did a lot of tests. Anyway, it works fine on the PC. I'm just curious, what's wrong?
