Sorry I don't know all the specs, but from what I remember is below. Sorry I wife's computer.

MoBo-ASRock Phantom Gaming B550 PG Velocita AM4 ATX
Card- RTX 2080 Super
CPU- Ryzen 7 2700x Pineacle ridge
Memory- Ripjaws DDR4 3200 3 sticks at 8GB
Windows 10

So I just installed it and everything turns on fine but the display. When turning on it gives me a few codes in this order. 35, F9, and then stays at 0d. It seems like a RAM issue, but it should be compatible and I've made sure they're seated right. I have tried moving sticks around to different slots to avail. But once I moved the sticks around I get the code 4d now every time. Should I RMA the board? I will try a few more things once I get off work to try to see if there is something else going on. Thanks in advance!

1) Does the motherboard support tri-channel memory configurations? If not, remove the 3rd stick and see if that makes a difference. (According to the ASRock site it looks like it only has 4 slots so I would say only dual channel).
2) It's best to install memory in paired sets and not have a an odd module out like in this case.
3) What CPU are you running with this board? I know you can't get into Windows so running CPU-Z to see is out.

It's a Ryzen 7 2700x CPU. I have tried doing all three sticks, dual, and just one at a time. Even one at a time in both just the A1 slot and B1 slot ensuring they were seated and still keep getting the 4d error code. I definitely made sure all the CPU pins were good and it dropped in just fine without any issue too so I don't think it's the CPU. On Newegg it says the RAM should be compatible with the MoBo. I got a new MoBo because the other one died so the RAM should be just fine too as far as I know.
