Different IP addressees on same network

For some reason my computer has a different ip address then my phone. both are on the same wfi network. Earlier today my computer was fine but now its running pretty slow. The ip adress for my phone is the same still but my computer changed. I did download a program called cyberghost vpn but I didnt actually browse with it. I dont know whats wrong.

Every device connected to the network will have a different IP, that's how they are distinguished.
Typically, it should only be the last set of numbers. If they are radically different, then perhaps the phone is showing the cellular network IP

The problem is that the vpn program changed my ip address. Idk how to change it back to the previous address. also both are on wifi, so no celluar data

Go to network and sharing in control panel. Click Change Adapter Settings. Right click on your wifi adaptor, Properties. Click on TCP/IPv4, then click properties. Make sure "Obtain IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically" are selected. After they are, restart your computer.

the option is set for both of those but they are blank. ip, subnet

If you open up a command prompt on your PC and run "ipconfig", what does it list for default gateway, address, and mask?
What is the IP address on your phone?
