I'm using an AMD X2 4200 and an Asus A8N SLI SE and when I go into the BIOS to the overclocking section it gives me several options.
Firstly there is obviously just the auto setting then there is the manual setting where I can decide clock speed and voltages.
However there is also an option called AI Overclock with loads optimal overclock setting for stability and another called AI NOS which apparently "intelligently" adjusts the settings and can give me an automatic boost if doing something demanding.
Does anyone have experience with these setting and if so are they any good?
