Different pin coolers inside the same case?

Hello!

I just learned about the difference between the 3pin and the 4pin cooler.
Can it cause a problem if i put a 4pin cooler on my cpu and 3 more 3pin cooler in my case?

My case is a Corsair Graphite 230T midi tower, it comes with that 3 stock cooler.
And i'd buy a Scythe Iori (4pin) to cool my fx 6300.
My motherboard is a Asrock 970 Pro3 R2.0
