Hi,

I have an MSI Mainboard H110 M Gaming MOBO and I was wondering if I can mix one stick:
Corsair Vengeance 8GB LPX 2400Mhz with one:
Corsair Vengeance 4GB LPX 2400Mhz.

Thanks in advance! I am pretty uneducated in this area btw.

Manufacturers say that it's not supported but its just chance. Some motherboards don't have issues while others do. I've seen various cases where it does work and a few where it doesn't. Seeing as how they both have the same latency and the same specs other than size, I would say that yes, there's a good chance that they will work. I would advise against buying it though, and just getting two similar sizes. IF you already have both sticks, it won't hurt to try them, as the worst that can happen is an error that would be corrected by un-mixing them.
