different ram sticks with different specs

I have 2 4gb sticks of corsair vengeance pro ram (ddr3 1600mhz) I was thinking of getting another two 4gb sticks however if I use 2 more vengeance pro sticks they won't fit under my shadow rock 2 CPU cooler, so can I use another 2 sticks with the same frequency and both ddr3 but different voltage and latency? I was going to go with vengeance low profile ram

It is possible. There is a possible downside though. You should also make sure that all timings are the same, not only the frequency. Different modules with the same frequency could have different timings. Even if the timings are same, you could end up with issues. The most common is to downgrade all modules to a lower frequency, 1333mhz for example.
