[SOLVED] Different Ram Sticks

Hi I have a question about RAM.

I have 2x 8gb of 3200mhz. if I bought 2 more 8gb ram stick from a different manufacturer that has a higher frequency but I would set it to 3200mhz aswell. Would this affect my performance or lifespan?

Are you pushing the limits of 16GB?
If not then it's doubtful adding more ram will do much.

I use about 14gb to host a local server so i have about 2gb to spare which is definitely not enough
