so my computer currently has 4 X 2 gigabytes of 3 DDR elipida factory RAM 1066. I got online and I bought 3DDR Ripjaw 2 X 4gb 1600. I have 4 slots on my mother board. Can I put the 2 Ripjaw 1600 and 2 factory elipida 1066 in those slots or not? Or should I just use the Ripjaw and leave the other 2 slots empty?

What is the name of your motherboard and CPU? It may not support higher frequencies.
If you do use the new modules, all the modules will be lowered to the frequency of the lowest stick installed, which is 1066MHz.
It might work, but it's much better to have all the same frequencies, so I think it's best to install the new RAM on it's own.
