someone just told me that it's a bad idea to have RAMs with different frequencies, so i just checked mine. to see if they were different.

i don't really understand but i think it showed that all my rams ran at 333hrz.
so my question is, will my PC performance improve if i remove the 1GB ram which has different frequencies, and i also noticed that the ones that have same frequencies have different timings, and what is that, can i fix it?

The RAM will run faster if you remove the slower cards, yes. RAM must all run at the same frequency/timings, so it downclocks to the lowest settings.

Whether it will improve performance is dependent upon what you are doing. Most of the time, more RAM will be better than faster RAM.
