Different resolutions, same size.

I have 2 27" monitors, one is 4K and the other is 1920x1080. My issue is that I would like to make Windows recognize them as the same size so that I have a smooth transition between the two. Is that possible?

yes, the 4k should be able to run 1080 just fine
