Question different size/speed ram stick together in xps 8930?

I have XPS 8930 bought in Jan 2020 with the following config
i9-9900
16 Gb (2 x 8) ddr4 2666 MHz ddr4

It has a total of 4 ram slots. Two of them are occupied by the memory sticks mentioned above.

I am thinking about buying these two memory sticks (16 Gb each)

So that total memory becomes 48 GB.
by making it a 16-8-16-8 configuration.

I have these questions

1. Is it possible to do that
2. Will different-sized ram sticks will work together?
3. Will different speeds work together? (as already installed 8 GB sticks are 2666 MHz and the two I want to buy are 3200 MHz) ?

Please don't mix and match sticks of ram, it's like wearing two different sized shoes(one's meant for a clown and the other one's meant for running). If you want more ram, take the total amount of ram supported by your platform and divide the that number with the slots you have at hand. According the service manual, here, page 53, you can work with a maximum of 64GB of ram. So that's 16GB's per slot.

If you want to look for a ram kit, look for a 2x16GB DDR4-2666MHz dual channel ram kit, then multiply that with 2 to saturate the slots with the right ram.

Furthermore, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update prior to dropping in storage or ram upgrades.

but its speed is 3200 Mhz

is it a good idea to install 3200 MHz ram inboard which is designed for 2666 MHz( default sticks that came with it are 2666)

please tell me if above linked ram will work in my system.
