Question Different speed results when resetting network adapter

Whenever I disable and enable my Ethernet adapter I get different result on Speedtest and experiencing lags accordingly. Sometimes I find myself just disable-enable for 10 min until I get my max ISP speed and sometimes I don't need to reset it once. Wireless working perfectly fine and steady, faster than my cable connection while checking simultaneously. after a few tries I'm getting my max ISP speed (100 Mbs) and it stays that way until the adapter is disable again (when I turn off my pc).
What can I do to make it steady and fast without all the enable-disable?

*I have Windows 10
*I have TP-LINK Archer VR600 router
*I have Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller
*Checked 3 different cables including brand new and different ports - same results
*Tried connecting different pc via cable and it worked fine while, simultaneously, my pc had slow speed.
*Tried to reinstall windows - same results
