Different Type of Graphic card

I just bought GA-H97M-D3H motherboard and just want to ask some question
Can gtx 650 ti boost work with sapphire hd 7750 in anyway?
Will my psu seasonic 550w be enough for both of them if i can make both graphic card work in the motherboard?

No. Just use one or the other.

They could work independently. You could physx the nvidia card.

Well the 650ti boost is better so wouldn't really suggest it though.
