Guys my laptop was kept beneath my AC and my AC was dripping water drops from the front I don't know why , my laptop is Lenovo y520 , when I picked it up water poured out a little from the right external speaker , and from that point on I've been getting different BSOD's like :-
'Unexpected store exception'
'Bad system config'
'Critical process died'

After bad system config I think the laptop went into automatic repair , turned on then froze again , it always freezes as I open it up in the next few seconds.

And even the BSOD's screen gets stuck at 0%

NOTE:- Been using this laptop for almost 18 months now and nothing has gone wrong till now.
I use proper activated antivirus and a firewall as well as a VPN when visiting sites .

My question is , is this actually water damage or something else , as the amount was water that I saw dripping out wasn't that much

Any help is appreciated guys.

Sorry, any water coming out is a BAD thing.

take it to a shop, it's probably damaged beyond your capability to repair it. you may want to buy a new laptop if the cost is high to repair it

Don't turn it on again, if u want to save it at all. Take it to a shop and go straight to the point and tell them water damage issue, can u fix how much, and ask them if they have an ultrasonic cleaner, they should.

If u have critical data to retrieve, make sure that's your first request, and u may attempt to DIY this if u know what you are doing.
