Different types of Windows 8

I am building my own PC. What is the difference of the OEM version, VS the full version? I can I use the full version for a new install?

OEM versions cannot be moved from pc to pc

Full version (as known as retail version) can be moved from pc to pc. It also comes with both the 32 and 64 bit OS

You must pay for support for OEM, the retailed version of windows has free support
