I've been doing research on AIO coolers and a lot of reviewers are saying the CORSAIR iCUE H150i is good. I've done some searches to buy one and there are different models available, but I don't know what the differences are. These seem to be the 3 types (might be more, idk):

RGB PRO XT https://www.newegg.ca/p/2YM-000R-00...cm_re=Corsair_H150-_-2YM-000R-000Y2-_-Product

ELITE CAPELLIX https://www.newegg.ca/p/2YM-000R-00...cm_re=Corsair_H150-_-9SIBCWBJ1D4410-_-Product

RGB ELITE https://www.newegg.ca/corsair-liqui...150&cm_re=Corsair_H150-_-35-181-319-_-Product

I don't care for lighting and the one without it (RGB PRO XT) is also the cheapest. But my main concern is if there are quality differences between the different versions, cause I'd rather better quality. So are the differences purely aesthetics or are there quality differences, too? Thank you!

I don't care for lighting and the one without it (RGB PRO XT) is also the cheapest.

It's refurbished, that's why it's so cheap.

So are the differences purely aesthetics or are there quality differences, too?

In a nutshell, RGB Elite has airflow fans on the rad = least amount of static pressure and in turn, least amount of cooling.
RGB Pro XT has solid static pressure fan on it, with good cooling.
Elite Capellix is like RGB Pro XT, but fans have ARGB in them for eyecandy.

All-in-all, it doesn't matter if you go with AIO or air cooler, since in the end, they are cooled by ambient air. While there are loads of cons with AIOs, compared to air coolers. Hence why i don't like AIOs, nor suggest an AIO to anyone.
