Difficulty choosing a mobo

Hi! I am planning to build a PC. I am a photographer and will use the PC for editing (photoshop, lightroom and premier pro for videos) and gaming (dark souls, witcher 3, gta V types).
I have decided to pick the following:
Intel i7 4790K
Mobo ? i need M.2 support and SATA express; wifi not mandatory. please suggest (asus z97 pro or maximus vii formula is what i am considering but a cheaper mobo with the M.2 and SATA express will be great)
Zotac amp extreme edition gtx 970
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB for booting by the time Samsung SM951 comes in stock in my country
Cabinet CM HAF 912

Now please help me decide which motherboard should i go for? i need USB 3 too.

Also will i notice any difference if i replace my current 2x8gb 1600 RAM with 2x8gb 2133 mhz?

You probably have to decide on what m.2. card you want first. There are at least 4 M.2 connectors that I know off, and I am not sure if all them can be inserted into a pci-e adaptor.

M Key type please! and the boards i am considering support M type. the only problem is the premium i will have to pay for a brand name or Asus ROG series. it's just so difficult for me to select one

It´s the best board, with overclocking, Ultra M.2 port esata and a ton of other features. It´s also not one of the most expensive ones.
NB. use of M.2 port disables SLI - and it´s normal on many boards that using M.2 will disable the shared channels other features.

This seems nice! pretty cheap compared to maximus vii formula or z97 deluxe and offers 1 M.2 and 1 esata which is exactly what i'm looking for! Think i'll buy this one! Thanks a ton!!!
