Digital Alliance or HIS?

i came accros HIS 250X that's about $90 with 1GB DDR5 but i came accros a Digital Alliance 250x 2GB DDR5 for $5 bucks more which one should i pick?(Note:i might overclock them but i dont really care if it's loud or not)
