[SOLVED] Digital audio to rca converter not giving audio android tv

Hello! I have an androidtv (noblex DM43x7100) and a micro theater Phillips mcd122. I bought a digital to analog converter and connected a optical cable from the tv to the converter and two RCA cables L/R from the converter to AUX IN in the micro theater. The tv has very few configuration to audio but I chose (external audio) and digital audio to PCM but nothing happens, audio goes through the tv in Netflix, YouTube, Spotify and cable. What should I try?? Thanks.

That converter exactly did you buy? Something odd on that TV if you selected the external audio it should not use the TV speakers at all, you should either get no audio or going to the external devices.

Yes, for me it's the tv too. Don't know if it's faulty or this model itself it's in other words <Mod Edit> xd.
