Digital Joystick with Analog Pedals?

Hi there, I have an x-45 digital joystick and just purchased some ch pro rudder pedals, they however are analog and non-usb. I can not for the life of me get them to work together...has anyone had any experience with this before?

so where do the pedals go? The game port, seial port, what? Need some details here.
