Can the Hailstorm 2 level 1 (no upgrades) dominate Call of Duty and Battlefield 3 and Minecraft on the highest settings with no lag or crashes

Depends on the resolution you plan on gaming at. If it's 1080p sure, but anything higher in BF3 you're going to experience below 60fps.
