Digital Storm Vanquish Level 4 (1600$)

Hi, i am looking to purchase a digital storm vanquish level 4 ultimate pc. it costs 1600$ and has a GTX 980, i5 4690k CPU, 8 GB of ram, 250gb ssd, 1 tb hdd. If i purchase this will i be able to run all games at max settings or very high with great fps? i am looking to play black ops 3, CSGO, h1z1, ARK survival, minecraft and other popular pc games. also i am looking to play at 144hz refresh rate because my asus moniter supports it. will this pc be a good choice for my needs and can it handle what i want to do? thanks appreciate it.

Yes with this you will be ablt to play all games on ULTRA maybe some on high such as Witcher 3

Btw you are overpaying for your PC

will i be able to play at a 144hz refresh rate? and yes i know but building a pc isnt an option for me.

Some games yes, some no. 144hz means that your monitor can display up to 144 FPS

So you will be able to play black ops 3 and CS:GO at 144FPS but not ARK or H1Z1 because they are not optimized, i doubt even system that cost twice as much as you would be able to play these two games at 144FPS. Any anything above 60FPS is fine for most people you maybe wont even notice the difference between 144fps and 60fps if you are not PRO gamer
