Dilemma in building a new PC

With the holiday season coming up, I've decided to try and build a new PC to finish out my desk setup. Although after spec-ing out one on PCPartPicker, my friend pointed out something that has got me stuck on what i should do.

I created a system that would matches my white and black desk setup perfectly, along with nice things like aftermarket cooler for overclocking, SSD, and pretty cables.

Then later, I spec-ed out a system with the same components but nothing fancy here, and a system with the same price, again barebones.

I really want a computer with good looks to finish out my desk setup, but the 2 have caught my attention that, barebones, the same computer parts could be a lot cheaper, or for the same price get more performance. What do you guys think? Go for Cheaper computer, Performance Computer ,or the computer that completes and fits dedicated desk setup.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3XsND2 - White and black build to perfectly compliment my desk setup.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JRDRRJ - Same components in the White and Black setup, but around 300$ cheaper for no aesthetics and throws off desk setup.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zPdk7W - Same price as in the White and Black setup, but with a better GPU for no aesthetics and throws off desk setup

I guess I'm old school and would never even consider going for looks over performance when on a budget.

Can't really comment on the video card without knowing the monitor being used.
